Valentine’s Day the entree we ordered were very over seasoned. Seem like the kitchen staff couldn’t keep up with the number of orders be sent to the kitchen,

We sat down to eat at 11:05, but no server came to our table until 11:20. After taking our order, the server came back and informed us 25 minutes later that the kitchen was backed up and our food wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes due to four tables ahead of us. She should have notified us about the kitchen's delay when we first placed our order. Ultimately, we left without being served and chose to go elsewhere. It was a disappointing experience.
Waited for a table in an empty restaurant. Our hookah came late even after we reminded them. Our food came out cold but at least the wings were good. The rest of the food not so much. Drinks were okay. Everything was overpriced which wouldn’t have been a problem if anything was actually good.
Food was great but it was too small and loud for me.
The wait….its too much, over an hour for appetizers and then add on another hour for the meal. No exaggeration. They kept saying the kitchen was backed up and they didn’t know why, but looking at previous reviews, everyone mentioned the wait. They did comp us the appetizers. When the food came out, it wasn’t hot. I had a dish with potatoes. You know potatoes keep heat…these were not hot. It’s smaller inside than I thought, and so it was extremely loud! Not sure I’m ever gonna try to eat here again, the service took forever and the workers look so nonchalant
for such a gratuity charge we were seat and didn’t have a server for 30 minutes and then when we did get one the only times we saw her was to order, when the food arrived and when it was time to checkout. Food is great but the service is poor.
The service was pretty slow. The wings were very good and so was the waffle fries. The server wasn’t very attentive. The place was very busy and I love that for them but they need additional staff.
