The wait….its too much, over an hour for appetizers and then add on another hour for the meal. No exaggeration. They kept saying the kitchen was backed up and they didn’t know why, but looking at previous reviews, everyone mentioned the wait. They didn’t comp us the appetizers. Not sure I’m ever gonna try to eat here again, the service took forever and the workers look so nonchalant
for such a gratuity charge we were seat and didn’t have a server for 30 minutes and then when we did get one the only times we saw her was to order, when the food arrived and when it was time to checkout. Food is great but the service is poor.
The service was pretty slow. The wings were very good and so was the waffle fries. The server wasn’t very attentive. The place was very busy and I love that for them but they need additional staff.
Went for brunch,it’s extremely loud in this establishment and after sitting for about 15 without being waited on we decided too leave. If you are looking for club/brunch experience this is your place
There was a minimum 45 min wait on all food coming out. Every table had no food so we left and didn’t eat.
I'm never the type to leave bad reviews but I had a reservation for 2:15 PM ordered food and drinks immediately.. it took them 30 MINS to bring me a DRINK .. food took literally 2 1/2 HOURS ! mind you a party of 6 left after waiting 3 hours for food this is ridiculous they continued to seat parties knowing they were extremely backed up .. management has to do better hire more staff !
Had a reservation on Valentine’s Day , they did not honor my reservation. Ruined the whole night.
Was expecting this restaurant to be good based on reviews. Found out that the staff don’t know about their own menu and were very impolite. The Golden honey chicken sandwich was soaked in honey making it too sweet. When I mentioned this to the waiter who asked for feedback, their reply was: “But that’s how it’s meant to be.” Now I’m not a chef, but I’m sure I that a sandwich is not meant to be that sweet. Very expensive for the food served. Not worth it.
