The food was gummy but the drinks was good and the service, for the most part was OK

Terrible service. We sat for an hour and 30 minutes and no one came to bring our food or drinks. Service is literally 0/10
I had my birthday dinner here, They took everyones order except mine so i didn’t get any food or drinks until the very end of the dinner and they dont split the check so i had to pay $100 in gratuity, Even though technically I had bad service. They make strong drinks and have hookah. Surprised me with a birthday song but that was it.
As soon as I walk in the server tells me their kitchen is backed up and they won’t be able to serve me
The service was terrible - the waitress was sitting and on her Instagram the whole time; I had to get up a few times to ask her for things. Oh and she botched our order. If this waitress is reading this: Please get off your phone/instagram and cater to your JOB. If you don’t want to work, then don’t work. But don’t attempt to work and stay on your Instagram.
It was my birthday and everything I asked otp was done once we made it. We had a marvelous time and our waitresses was Ms.Bee and a young black girl named started with a D tall really pretty and she was new. She was a bit nervous because it was about 15 of us but she handled it pretty good cause I would’ve been all over the place. It was me and my guests first time here so we booked a reservation. Apparently, having a reservation means nothing because we had to wait an hr before being seated. I had no idea that the place was more so like a lounge vibe but it was okay that day because we were already there. The manager and our waitress were cool but that wait is what blew me. Oh and not to mention the prices do not match the serving sizes at all. The only way I’ll be back is if I’m looking for somewhere to drink and smoke hooka. That’s it.
So they should come up with a better reservation process or time slots. The website says 2hr limit. This couldn't be further from the truth. We had a 3pm reservation for 12 people and arrived at 2:45pm. When we were walking to the location, there were several people outside waiting. They explained, they had been waiting for a table since 1p.m. We then spoke with the host who said she had our reservation and would text us when the table was ready. We never recieved that text. We arrived at 8:20pm for our 8:30pm reservation. We didn’t get seated until 9pm and didn’t get service until 9:15 after I stopped a server to let them know we hadn’t been assisted. Then we were told the kitchen was busy and they weren’t taking any orders for 15-20 mins. I advised the server that we had a reservation and were already waiting.
