They were doing construction in the middle of restaurant while patrons were there. The pasta had no flavor and I had to return it because it was not edible. The table next to us didn’t like their food either so we should’ve left before we ordered our food. They removed my pasta but kept the the gratuity with pasta on it making it $22 service charge on a now $36 bill- I had to get a manager to adjust it.

One of the loudest places I’ve ever been to. Between the dj blasting music, people yelling on the mic, and whistles blowing it was not a vibe. I had high hopes based on what I saw online but it was the complete opposite
Food presentation WAS NOT as pictured from previous reviews from website. I had a party of 15 and had to hunt down servers to assist through the whole stay. It took forever for food to arrive. The plastic on the hookah tips, 2 out of 4 cracked.
The food was too salty and I couldn't find the crab in the crab cake. Not impressed.
We had and 130 and still had to sit there and wait never got to sit down but they was lit tho
The environment was nice, and enjoyed the DJ. The drinks were ok, but the food was not good at all. Our food tasted like it was reheated from the night before, and it had been sitting. For the amount we paid, we expected better, and was definitely disappointed.
We had a reservation for 2PM and was sat by 2:10pm; we sat for 20 mins and no one came to greet us or ask if we wanted water. The DJ music was extremely loud. Could not hear each other talk amongst ourselves or the waitress when asked what we would like the order. If the music was turned down a few notches and the services was better Gottis would be a great place to brunch.
