We had a reservation for 2PM and was sat by 2:10pm; we sat for 20 mins and no one came to greet us or ask if we wanted water. The DJ music was extremely loud. Could not hear each other talk amongst ourselves or the waitress when asked what we would like the order. If the music was turned down a few notches and the services was better Gottis would be a great place to brunch.

I ordered the Gotti's House Pasta with crawfish instead of chicken. The pasta wasn't seasoned well and the crawfish was overcooked. The food was served warm, not hot. With the air conditioner blowing, the food got cold pretty fast. The waitress was nice, but she kept disappearing for long periods of time and it was impossible to get her attention. Reservation was for 2:30…we didn’t get seated until after 3:30…. It’s very annoying when you’re looking for help in a small place like that but everyone walking pass like they don’t see you.
I decided to visit this place after seeing the review on TikTok with my gf and let me just say the music was good. However the drinks was not worth $15-20 per Drink. It was simple and you can barely taste the alcohol. The food was the worst part. We got the lamb chops and fried lobster with seafood rice and let me tell you baby. Hostess was rude...walked away .... Music was too loud, couldn't have a conversation with guest due to noise level.
