I ordered the Gotti's House Pasta with crawfish instead of chicken. The pasta wasn't seasoned well and the crawfish was overcooked. The food was served warm, not hot. With the air conditioner blowing, the food got cold pretty fast. The waitress was nice, but she kept disappearing for long periods of time and it was impossible to get her attention. Horrible service horrible food 0 stars . Will not be returning to this establishment.
Reservation was for 2:30…we didn’t get seated until after 3:30…. It’s very annoying when you’re looking for help in a small place like that but everyone walking pass like they don’t see you.
I decided to visit this place after seeing the review on TikTok with my gf and let me just say the music was good. However the drinks was not worth $15-20 per Drink. It was simple and you can barely taste the alcohol. The food was the worst part. We got the lamb chops and fried lobster with seafood rice and let me tell you baby. Hostess was rude...walked away .... Music was too loud, couldn't have a conversation with guest due to noise level.
I was very disappointed in the overall experience; however my server was extraordinary! The wait for my 3 tacos was 1hr and 48minutes, the music was excruciatingly loud and vulgar, and the restaurant was extremely hot- as if the AC was broken.
We reserved for a Saturday evening. They have day parties so the music is deafening. we couldn't hear each other. We didn't eat. We waited for over 20 mins and no one came to the table. The waitress wore skimpy and revealing uniforms and it is a young club crowd. Lots of Hookah smoke too. Not a place for families or older adults. The menu looked good but unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to try anything, Not even the water.
