Service was TERRIBLE, we had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 mins to be seated. The food took FOREVER to come out and when it finally did, it was lukewarm. The server was extremely slow and only checked in when we flagged her down

Booked a reservation and they didn’t even accommodate it. Customer service was the worse as the host going to tell me that is it their fought that the system didn’t show my reservation.

It took 30 minutes for us to even be greeted by a host. Worst service ever, we left after an hour of waiting and we had a reservation. Reservation meant nothing.

horribleee they took 2 hours to give me food ordered at 8 didn’t get food till almost 11 and that’s after i had to keep ASKING!

Had a reservation for a birthday and had to wait to be seated. There seemed to not be any hostess to control the incoming crowd and update people. It was one person walking around doing everything and the others were in their own world. We were sitting for 45 minutes before I had to get someone’s attention to order anything and get any food. We were seated before our reservation time. The only plus. It took an hour and fifteen minutes before we received our meals. The restaurant was not that busy so there was no excuse. The staff partied besides work. Our waiter was cool. As long as we had to wait there was no reason for our food to come out as cold and half cooked. The manager gave us a 25% discount that barely took $3-$5 off our entire ticket but never came to address the issue. We basically wasted our money because the food was not good. I made a reservation even though there was no wait at the time. After ordering drinks it took almost 35 mins for the drinks to come out. Our waitress never came over to check on us or to update us on our drinks as she would walk past us at least 4 times during that wait. We finally got our drinks and ordered food. After another 40 mins go by and still no update and seeing groups who came in after us get their orders, we just paid for our drinks and left

Not a good experience. I had made reservations for 3pm but didn’t get seated until after 4. The place was smaller than expected. The music was loud and there was a lot of twerking on tables which was not appealing considering I had my 73 year old father there celebrating Father’s Day. I definitely will not be returning.
