The food is always delicious! The service is always a 10/10 but the male dj on Sunday killed our Vibe. I normally go early on Sundays when the girl is there before 3pm. The male dj at 5pm was playing old music, singing on the mic like it was karaoke hour and smoking hookah. Omg ruined the vibe. I brought my sister to celebrate he birthday and he made us leave early. Service was TERRIBLE, we had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 mins to be seated. The food took FOREVER to come out and when it finally did, it was lukewarm. The server was extremely slow and only checked in when we flagged her down
Booked a reservation and they didn’t even accommodate it. Customer service was the worse as the host going to tell me that is it their fought that the system didn’t show my reservation.
It took 30 minutes for us to even be greeted by a host. Worst service ever, we left after an hour of waiting and we had a reservation. Reservation meant nothing.

Had a reservation for a birthday and had to wait to be seated. There seemed to not be any hostess to control the incoming crowd and update people. We were seated before our reservation time. The only plus. It took an hour and fifteen minutes before we received our meals. The restaurant was not that busy so there was no excuse. The staff partied besides work. Our waiter was cool. As long as we had to wait there was no reason for our food to come out as cold and half cooked. I made a reservation even though there was no wait at the time. After ordering drinks it took almost 35 mins for the drinks to come out. Our waitress never came over to check on us or to update us on our drinks as she would walk past us at least 4 times during that wait. We finally got our drinks and ordered food. After another 40 mins go by and still no update and seeing groups who came in after us get their orders, we just paid for our drinks and left
