Food wasn’t allat…old man whipping it up back thea w crocs..but food ain’t come out good..got food wrong..3 items of food been sent back to the kitchen

I arrived 35mins after my family due to horrible parking locations. Once inside I was informed that they had ordered food 30mins prior and hookah to which nothing was on the table but water and two drinks. We then had to wait another 25mins for our waitress, who we saw come from the back side by the kitchen and went over to another couple who sat in front of the dj area. The server was great but the hookah service was horrible, we literally waited over an hour for hookah and food and it wasn’t that busy that day then we had to wait even longer just to get coals. I didn’t enjoy my experience much I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food was delicious , but the service was awful. Took forever to get a drink, never brought my full order of food out. But , the ambiance was cool, just need to get the service together.

Our Waiter was respectful and attentive , He had only been working less than a week according to him . Drinks was terrible , lacked taste and flavor with a small amount of alcohol . Had boudin egg rolls that were too mushy inside , but we did enjoy the boudin balls they had better overall flavor and texture inside was better. The entree we had was fried fish and grits which was advertised as a delicious pairing that had Cajun seasoning. The fish was hot, but one small piece on the order was not enough. First off let me start by saying I wish that I could give 0 stars, this place needs to be out of business. We were a group of four and ordered drinks, they literally came and told us they were out of everything we ordered drink wise so they took the drinks off and we drunk water. We placed our food orders and it took about 45 minutes to come out and when it finally did EVERYTHING was iced cold. Not edible. We had a reservation for 7:15 nobody came over to greet us or help us till 7:40 then whenever the. Server came over she was very rude . The food portion are very small I ordered a pasta and it looked like a kid’s entree wouldn’t recommend coming and it’s a black owned spot that I wanted to try and support smh

Upon entrance the Vibe was amazing. The greeter was nice and seated us. We waited 20 minutes and no one asked for a drink order or anything. So I went back to the front and asked the greeter if she could send someone to our table. Waited 15 more minute and stop a passing waitress to find out whom our server was and low and behold she was sitting in a booth behind us talking to other co workers. this was for my birthday, which staff knew. they were told and i reserved seating for 15 ppl and put on the reservations, “birthday.” tables/ chairs were not ready for my reserved time. hostess was rude and lost. there was only one server and he had only been there 3 days. sweet as ever though. all the other birthdays got bottles and signs like you normal would, i did not. my husband and friends food took over 2hrs. my friend ended up canceling bc they were only giving her a 20% discount. the photographer was kool. nice pict... read more
