We stayed during our trip to Disneyland. The location was perfect My room was right next to a vending machine. It was a little loud The location is perfect

Disappointing This place has paper thin walls, and you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room. The beds are very comfortable either. But if you are staying just one night then it's a good place to stay. If you are staying multiple nights, I would not recommend it. . The hotel is close to Disneyland less than a 5 min walk. The pool was nice and staff was nice. The room was clean, and there were stores and restaurants close by.

Adequate Room was extremely loud. Rooms had almost no insulation. It felt like the people in the rooms around us were standing in our room. We could hear every conversation! Close to Disney and food

Disappointing The sink water smelled so bad we didn’t use it. We had to use the shower for everything It was close by Disney

I do not plan to stay here again when returning to Disney and will tell my other annual key holder friends about this. They false advertise discounts that apply but once we get there of course nothing can be added regardless of it being advertised that magic key holders get a discount. The location from Disney was the best part about this hotel.

In order to apply the discounts you would've had to made the reservation with the hotel under the magic key promotion. We sure hope that you would give us another opportunity to better serve you.

If it wasn’t for having to pay the deposit and the parking, I would 100% stay here again, but I feel that that should’ve They don’t tell you until you check in that you have to pay to park in their parking lot while you’re staying there and they also didn’t tell me until I checked in that there was a deposit that needed to be paid even though I had already paid for my reservation at the time the reservation was made. And I have an autistic grandchild Who was playing in the hotel room and the front desk called and asked my da... read more

Unfortunately when you book the reservation online, it does state in the policy and amenities that parking is $20 plus tax each night and we do take a $50 incidental hold upon check in.
