Bad Non friendly employees. First night got woken up by the loud fire alarms going off at 3 in the morning. They didn’t have any back up battery so we had to switch rooms from Downstairs to upstairs at 3 in the morning with a 3 year old crying scared. We were all severely itching had bumps on us. Second day there was a roach in my bag. Had to have another room switch. The manager Freddy ensured the rooms were checked and no bugs but where did that roach come from? Comfortable My Father forgot his Northface vest and we didn’t realize it until about 2 hours down the road so we couldn’t go back. I immediately called the Grand Legacy and the woman gave me an email address for lost and found. They said they would respond within 48 hours and they did but said the vest wasn’t there. The vest couldn’t be anywhere else because he had it the night before and didn’t go anywhere else, we left the next morning. Roaches ever do not recomend They had roaches Not at all
Fair No noise isolation and public that stays there. Great location within a 2 minute walk to the Disneyland and nice, clean motel but our trip was spoiled by obnoxious and loud family next door who were screaming since 4 am. Walls are super thin with no noise isolation.
Room was gross. Dirty, smelly and carpet was disgusting. Room was horrible. Sewer smell from the sink. Asked to be moved, said they had no rooms to move me to. Close to Disneyland
It was ok but I would stay somewhere else next time I was suppose to have 4 rooms by each other and we were all over the buildings Son checked into his room and he couldn't get into the room because on the inside of the room the door was locked and security couldn't open it, so he had to walk back to the desk to get another room Close to Disneyland
It was a cool place but was upset that I wasn’t even notified about the accidental charge, that’s a lot of money to not They charged me twice It’s was close to Disneyland
Won’t stay again Water smelled. Looked old and outdated and our power went out from 2am and never came back on Close to Disney
Uncomfortable stay Amenities were broken . Loud noise all. Night and morning . Very bad place to stay for long trip Distance to Disneyland
