Like the room it’s was ok but very disappointing about the receptionist The rude 2 reception it’s was a guy and a girl
Comfortable, clean, and close, but service could use a little improvement One of our rooms was not ready at check-in time; had to ask for clean towels and other items although we were not told that at check in. Close proximity to Disneyland, comfortable beds, room was clean. Had a problem with the connecting door but maintenance came quickly to fix it.
Fair The rooms are very dangerous ,there isn’t to much security the doors were broken.They never came to my room to clean and I think it’s to expensive for what it is I think it shouldn’t be that expensive for such bad service not worth my money spent. Only thing I like is that is near to Disney

Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms were dark and dingy. The whole place doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. When we arrived we were a couple hours early the lady at the front desk was nice enough to give us a “free upgrade” so that we could get a room right then, if that was the upgrade I don’t want to see what our room would have been like. Rooms are very small. No space for luggage, there’s a closet with one of those suitcase holders in it but none of our suitcases fit. Roaches in rooms and only got refunded for the parking & manager hasn’t spoken to me back… There were roaches in both of my rooms that I booked for my family. I contacted manager and haven’t had a response about this issue :( I like how this hotel is walking distance to Disneyland park.
Could have been a better stay It was super noisy, bed was hard and uncomfortable. Did not sleep at all while there Close to the park

Overall we were happy with the stay. I would request a different room next time due to the mildew smell. The room was very musty and humid with a mold odor. It was overwhelming when we entered the room and were surprised as this was the 4th floor. That was a little concerning. The carpet was old and outdated, did not appear clean. Housekeeping came once and did not make the beds. Location was amazing, you can see the fireworks from Disney. Staff were pleasant. Shower was very good and microwave and fridge worked great.
