Disappointing
Terrible The customer service wasn't good. Upon check in there was a strong chemical smell that came into our room. Having a child be in that was not okay. We shouldn't have had to inhale those fumes. Called the front desk and the lady said she'd have it checked out. When she called back she said it was maintenance painting nearby rooms and there was nothing she could do. Didn't mention if it was toxic free, didn't offer to move our room. Convenient location to Disney, average rooms Very average hotel…. Does not live up to the name “Grand.” LOCATION!!! Across the street from Disney!

Not worth the price. Room was not clean and very small. Advertised as two room suit and it was extremely tiny, there were ants throughout the room and found multiple spiders. Staff didn’t seem to care about the problem at all. The location was convenient for Disney.
I will never go to this hotel again. Probably the worst hotel within the Proximity of Disneyland. Staff is rude. Amenities are substandard compared to many of the other hotels within the area. Proximity to Disneyland.

This place only offered convenience to park. Roof top dining closed due to party. Was looking forward to dining there Bathroom sinks located outside bathroom and either the water or pipes smelled really bad. Maid dropped off fresh towels but didn’t make beds. Had people smoking outside our room Convenience
