Would ask for room in newer part of facility It was very noisy, about every 20 minutes staff were rolling metal carts with sheets and towels past our room to the laundry. It is a motel style facility so the wheels on the pavement and the rattling of metal sounded like they were in the room. The staff were yelling at each other not aware guest were still sleeping at 6:30am. Air conditioner was mounted high on wall so could not see buttons pand smelt like oil smoke so we turned it off. Poor When I was checking in with the front desk the lady that was working had a Attitude. I spent over 360 dollars for one night and found out as I was checking in that parking was not included in the price. I liked how close is was to Disneyland.
Close to Disney but has bedbugs First they charged me for two nights even though I showed them I had payed all the stay they said I had only payed for one night and charged me the rest, they then said they made a mistake and would refund me in 5-10 days. There are bedbugs and when I told the staff and showed them a video I took they only said “Thank you for letting us know” I was bitten all around and have big rashes to prove it. The location is great, super close to Disney…
It was nice to be so close to Disneyland but for the money we paid, we will stay in a more comfortable place next time. The beds were not comfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work well and it was very loud. Made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small with very little counter space to get ready in the morning. The towel rack was coming off the wall. You have to pay for parking. No breakfast offered. Sad. It was really close to Disneyland. The walk was maybe 5 minutes . The staff was nice.
Disappointing stay We were given a keycard to a room that was already occupied which led to a very uncomfortable encounter with the unfortunate occupants of the room. Not very good soundproofing. Close to Disneyland. Good restaurants nearby.
We had a great It felt damp inside the rooms, and looked like it needed a deep clean. They were fine but also if you thought About it to much it gave you goosebumps cause it was kind of gross Location was fantastic
Would not stay here again. Room smelled like sewer the entire trip. Sheets were not clean when we went to get into bed- had to request new sheets and put them on ourselves. Very very small/crammed rooms. No storage/ very little closet in room. At time of checkin we were also promised we would be able to keep our car at the property the day of checkout until we left Disneyland for an extra charge… day of we were told we needed to move our vehicle. The convenience to Disneyland was the only positive about our stay.
Next time will stay Best Western next door at least they give you a complementary water bottle same price with complemen The hotel doesn’t even give you one Complementary water bottle I know the location is great however no water bottle no nothing very disappointing if I would’ve known I would’ve paid this much for just a location I would’ve paid a little more for a facility that would at least give you water. Location
Comfortable bed decent distance from parks. Staff not friendly , loud and hard to sleep and bathroom door was horrible The noise from outside was soooo loud ! Maid carts going by all day sounded like thunder . Right by vending machine and can here every person walking by I liked the close distance to Disneyland
