Not worth the money The room was not cleaned daily wasn't sure if this was because we didn't leave tips in the room. There are no toilets near the pool so I bet there all peeing in the pool had to go to your room or at the very front of the hotel Shower was terrible had 4 holes in the shower head and the air-conditioning is super noisy. Bad I called early morning due to an emergency couldn’t make my stay. I was hoping some empathy since I gave notice ahead or not the full charge which showed was available for 300 back out of the 600 and instead they charged me as if I would’ve went. I had to take my father to the ER due to a heart attack so it was clearly something out of my hands, it was due to a medical emergency out of my hands but they still charged me full price. Would not book again. The AC was not well circulated, extremely humid in the room. Walls are unbelievably thin. The worst hotel stay I’ve had near the Disneyland Resort. The phone was ringing every other hour, so we had to unplug. The parking cost was not mentioned in the booking price. The walk to Disneyland was perfect and very close.
the worst experience I ever had the AC made a lot of noise, impossible to sleep with it on so I got hot every night. moreover on the 1st night they had to use a super noisy machine to solve a problem in another room and that was 12:45pm Location
Unfortunate sewer issue during my stay The hotel had a huge issue with sewer system which caused a mess in the bathroom, very disgusting and unpleasant experience. Convenient location, facilities clean and well maintained, except for sewer system issue during my stay.
Location good, service underwhelming. Service. Asked to have trash removed and fresh coffee supplies. Neither occurred. Add both room keys didn't work on late evening arrival requiring 500 walk to lobby to have keys replaced only to then find full trash cans in room. Location is very good. Easy walk to Disneyland.
Eh. Great location, otherwise not worth the money. Room was very basic for the price. Zero water pressure in our room. No luggage carts to be found on site, no breakfast. The location was awesome, close walk to the park.
