Get directionsWorst experience we’ve had out of more than 100 stays at different hotels in Anaheim! We checked into the hotel at 11:00pm and the entire hotel lost power @ 3:30am - it never came back on before we finally just left at 6:30am. Had to walk to the front desk multiple times to request assistance with noisy neighbors who would not be quiet. Finally had to go ask front desk to contact the police as we were leaving after there appeared to be a domestic dispute taking place with the same neighbors. Disappointing
Bad
Poor customer service. Zero accommodation or compassion. They don’t state on Booking.com that you have to move your car by noon. I would have booked a different location if it said that on the website Location
Was a bed and shower and we spent more on Ubers going to get food which was just exhausting. We weee not given the amenities promised on the listing. We chose this hotel due to having a restaurant on site. Upon checkin we were told the restaurant was off limits for the entire weekend. I specifically chose this hotel due to that alone. At no time from my booking to confirmation was I allowed to get that information. Absolutely horrendous.
Likely wouldn't stay here again. Hotel room wasn't very clean, there were marks on our bathroom mirror and dust buildup alongside the bathtub. Also, every morning, we were woken up by the house keeping cart that was rolled down the hallway outside our room. Didn't matter if it was 10 or 15 rooms down, it sounded like thunder or an airplane jet. We loved how close the hotel was to the park. Staff was friendly.
Very Poor My room was right in front where the ice machine was and all night and all morning while trying to sleep people kept making so much noise..
Close proximity but smalll and dirty Dirty and very small rooms. I made my morning coffee in the kurig coffee maker in the room, drank it and thought it tasted bad. I looked in the machine and saw maggots. I brought it up with management and they were very apologetic and offer a discounted rate. Regardless, it was a traumatic experience and I would pay full price any day over what happened. Close to Disney, easy walk with small children.
Disappointing. Felt I was given a bad room because I asked for a room to be ready faster due to my daughter not feeling The room given. The air conditioner had a foul odor. The bathroom had a bad odor. Room too close to street and could hear music from rooftop bar. Homeless man followed my daughter and I to our room and was waiting outside. Location
