Fair The bathroom was horrible. There were little flying bugs everywhere and it smelled like sewer. Really gross. Great location.
Fair It had been broken the coffee machine in my room. I asked staff to fix it or replace another one three times, it took 2 days to provide new one. The location is very convenient to go to Disney land.

Great location rooms are tiny and had bugs There was dead bugs on my pillows and bugs in the drawers. The room was so tiny The location was great !
Stay at a different hotel It is dirty, my kids stepped on broken glass in the hotel twice and we found a screw in the sink. This shows they do not clean it like they should. I was told they would fix the issue and I haven’t heard anything from them. It’s been a month It’s close to the park
I would choose another hotel next time Staff service worse than Inn level. Sorry but Nothing satisfied. I would not come back
