Thanks to the reimbursement our stay ended up positively. The noise initially Serena was an excellent person to work with.
frustrating and painful I am partially disabled and use a mobility scooter and we have a child in a stroller and they would only give us an upstairs room and they have no elevator so it was extremely painful to walk up and down the stairs it was close enough to the park
It was good but wish they can let us check in early if they have rooms available Checking in is not as easy as other hotels around the area Perfect location

Not very clean and not the most helpful staff. We had booked 4 rooms as we were coming with a 10 month old baby and wanted a joining rooms, before we arrived I sent 3 emails to ask if this was possible, not one email was answered other than a generic email about parking etc. on arrival we asked again, and all we got was a couldn’t careless attitude and no help or acknowledgment of us asking. I won’t be booking h to is hotel again, very noisy, felt like a motel, for that price I would rather stay at a nicer hot this property felt like a motel. no privacy and very noisy from traffic and people walking around. I wasn’t able to sleep through the night. front staff was very rude, they don’t smile at all and didn’t even look at me when processing my transaction. I only liked Disney fireworks.
frustrated they downgraded my room to rent for more money and there excuse was it flooded . The suppose manager is Mexican woman very disrespectful.  and I reported all of this to my Booking.com.  nothing
Will not stay here again. Not worth the money. Reserved 2 rooms. One had been upgraded, was nice. Room was not ready at check in time, wasn’t ready for another 1 1/2 hr. The other was smaller, old ac unit that was very loud, shower took time for water to come out. Room was dark and dingy. Close to park entrance
Stay at your own risk! Receptionist. Deception! Beware. Extremely bad service. Maybe because booked through Booking.com? Paid for a room with 2 double bed and was given a single king bed room without any expectation. Was told over booked on 2 double bed rooms and when insisted, gave a really lousy room next to a laundry room. We checked out and moved into Desert Inn 20m away and bigger at a lower price, free breakfast and indoor pool...
