Disappointed They overcharged me for our stay. I've called many times and left messages stating that they never refunded me of my deposit so now I have opened up a claim with my bank to get my money back. Not cool at all. Staff were ok, they were nice to some guests but not all. Very inconsistent with their customer service. Also, rooms had a moldy smell even though the room looked clean. The closeness to the park

Stay somewhere else. There are NO safes in the rooms. Huge minus and I would not have booked if I would have realized this. NO maid service - for a 5 night stay. Front office said it was due to COVID (?). We had to call for clean towels and more toilet paper during our stay. Outdated, dark and sparse room for the cost. It was expensive! swimming pool and Disneyland proximity is the highlight. staff was not helpful on a whole, it needs an update in decor. beds were ok, pillows need replacement location, swimming pool and restaurants choices.
Overall It was an ok stay. Not sure if I would stay again though. When we arrived at the hotel to check in our room it was not the greatest start. Our room first had a smell of moisture/mildew. I then took off my shoes to find the carpet in the entire room was wet. My husband called and stated that it was not gonna work for us. We were moved to the 3rd floor at that point. Fair They did not provide snack bags like the hotel description said and we wanted that benefit when we were choosing our hotel. Our door was missing the rubber stopper at the bottom so this left a giant space under the door. Our room was directly across from the elevator so that noise in addition to the missing piece of the door, all sounds were very loud. we stayed before Covid and had a great time. returning this time was like coming to a completely different hotel. we wil the staff is very uncaring and careless. the property is not what is pictured anymore. it’s very convenient since it’s only a short walking trip from Disneyland.

Overall the room & location is great. But the staff really need to work on their customer service. Informed the staff that the bathroom door was broken so there was no privacy. And the shower spout was broken so the shower pressure was weak. Front desk staff was not helpful and showed that they did not care. Great location and clean. Bed is nice and comfortable.
