Good location, horrible front desk service The parking policy is horrible, it does not allow you to go to the park if you only stay for one night. You have to essentially pay for two overnight parking fees and sometimes they won’t even let you do that because they claim they have no room. You would think that if you pay $300 for one night, they would understand that you wouldn’t want to have to leave to park somewhere else to go to the park since you book for the location. Close to Disneyland but a very basic hotel experience It seems that the only purpose of the hotel is to extract as much from their customers while minimising any expense that benefits the customer. If you looking for a hotel close to Disneyland this ticks the box but don’t expect too much Close to Disneyland. Swimming pool was ok
Short walk to Disneyland and mini market + places to eat on property is very convenient. Hanging hooks in bathroom for a robe and towels. More coffee stock. I requested more coffee and towels but never came. I was too busy/tired to call back I just made due. Great stay while vacationing Disneyland.
It was a very nice hotel and i would definitely stay again. The water in the sink smelt very bad when turned on and had to use the shower water to brush teeth and wash face. Very open. Nice pool. Spaced out nicely. Close to Disneyland Resort. Rooms are nice. People are friendly.

Will stay here again. Love the convenience of how close it is to the park. Our first room was in front of the elevators and the guests that were staying there are very loud, had no respect for others sleeping. The staff were very kind and switched my room for us which was a lot better. You can hear the booms from the fire works which most nights wasn’t a problem because it’s around 930pm. Very close to the park. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
