The stay was fine. But stop using Covid as excuses for not providing services.Stop parking charges No cleaning of the room using Covid still as an excuse yet charging $700 for 2 nights. It was close to Disneyland
Nice location. Expensive for how awful bed is. Oretty sure it is time to upgrade Mattress awful. Pillows so old thet were lumpy. Water in sink smelled like dead fish Location
Disappointing site was very loud and the beds destroyed our backs.
Bad
Fair I stayed on the 1st floor. The beds were pretty comfortable but walls were thin. I could not sleep at night because there was a man next door who would not stop coughing and he was coughing the entire night! The walls are so thin that you could literally hear the other person next door rolling a plastic bag. I think it's because it's a connecting room. The room was clean. Great distance from the Parks.
Disappointing
short. I left early - did not even sleep there. Musty smelling dark room. It was relatively clean, nothing gross… but the carpet needs to be replaced and the lighting was inadequate. Price was $300.00 but it was a 99.00 a night type hol Location was convenient
Location is great but that's it The beds were horribly uncomfortable, our room was located directly across from the ice machine so we were woken up by people getting ice at all hours, the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. People are so loud! The parking was ridiculously tight!! Definitely hard to park our Yukon. The location was perfect for our family Disney vacation, especially with little ones & strollers! Disney is literally 5-10 min walk.
