It was mediocre The beds are not comfortable, getting a good nights sleep was tough. Also, you can hear through the walls. We had a very loud family next door and they were yelling and screaming at 4am and you can hear everything! We had a rollaway bed as well and it was solid springs, there was nothing between the springs and the material you lay on. Also, the parking was nearly impossible to find for being a guest and paying for parking. Location was great.
Disappointing
Although the location was fantastic we would not stay again. we did not rest well. Noisy first floor; cars are parked right at the door so you hear every motor and click of locking doors. thin walls and floors let you every step and loud conversation or crying baby; the refrigerator in the room was noisy as well. stained furniture. Weird, wrinkled carpet. bed not too comfortable but pillows were fine b location to Disneyland entrance. super clean bathroom. ample sink area. clean linens. comfy pillows.

Fair The furniture is old & saggy. the towels were rough on your skin & for the money it was not worth it. will look else ware next time
Room smelled awful Our room #234 smelled like funky and had a strong paint smell as well. The bathroom sink was backed up. Close to Disneyland
Disappointing First floor room is too noisy. Restroom is too small .it's not worthy with the price I paid. Location is good. This is the only positive thing.
Disappointing I called for towels & toilet paper, never got either. Our travel companions had the same experience. Had to go and grab some from Housekeeping. They were helpful. But, front desk said, they would bring it right up both times, didn't get it. They could have communicated that, and we would have just come down to grab it. It's the lack of communication that was unnecessary.
