Location great but the facility is run down We had 3 rooms. Room 1 would run out of hot water and the sink had a foul smell. Room 2 heater didn’t work. Room 3 had no shower curtain. The location is so convenient when visiting Disneyland.

overall nice . staff was wonderful . charged for parking. had an issue with lock on door first night. accommodating & close to parks.

Fair one elevator never worked. when asking housekeeping about it they brushed me off and told me oh well. as I have a load full on the luggage carrier. walls and thin.

Gone far downhill The staff was unwelcoming and borderline rude (aside from the parking attendant, who was WAY past the border). The beds were the worst beds we have ever suffered through at a hotel or motel. There was a large gap along the bottom edge of the door that let in the outside air. Our neighbors were very noisy. They have even stopped providing the pathetic goody bag they had been giving in place of the free breakfast they used to offer. Fair Por pandemia no hay limpieza Diaria a la habitacion y aunque puedo entender eso no hay congruencia ya que encontre "basura" que evidentemente fue de un cliente previo...... 1) dudo sanitizen antes de que entre el personal de limpieza, asi que si es por exponer menos a su personal no se cumple el objetivo que justifique que no limpien diario 2) no vi a nadie usar un n95 ni vi ninguna medida extraordinaria que reflejara que el hotel estaba tomando medidas para proteger a su personal. A place to sleep. Checked out early got a better room at Hilton Double Tree for less than you cost. parking was poor unorganized and cramped. it was nothing more than an updated motel. close to the parks
