Terrible compared to a month ago. Unfortunate to write this as we had just stayed here 3 weeks prior. The guests before us smoked in the room. Nothing they could do at max capacity. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Used hand soap and wrapper left on counter with a dirty towel and dirty tub. Carpet pulled back inbetween wall and bed and my 2 yr old son cut his foot on a nail in the carpet. Location is prime when going to Disneyland and the pool area is fun and perfect for small children.
It’s location was great, hotel was okay The room, especially the bathroom had a funky smell No housecleaning, so using same towels your whole stay. Room was fine for sleeping for 2, but small and would of been uncomfortable for more.

Fair It was dirty & dusty. DIDNT feel that “Welcome” feeling as I walked into my room. It was very close to Disneyland
Absolutely horrible. I will not stay here again and I will advise friends and family to stay away. Our initial room didn’t have a working door. We had to wait half an hour to get a new room (at this point it’s midnight). Staff acted like it was a major inconvenience to give us a room with a working door. There were worms inside the bathroom and the shower was so scorching that I couldn’t properly bathe my son without him getting burned. Nothing. Staff was incredibly rude and did not have our room ready when we arrived.
