Very Poor No breakfast and our air conditioner leaked water and so the carpet was soaking wet they had us change rooms with no upgrade or anything to makeup for the room flooding How close it is to Disneyland
it was okay for a short stay. will not be staying there again or recommending Room was labeled as cleaned yet nothing had been done along with no fresh towels. Mattress was too hard for my taste. Not Comfortable. Wanted to go to the rooftop restaurant, Yet we could not just go up due to the policy of having to make a reservation by calling the front desk than they would connect you to the rooftop. Unprofessional staff- check in times are just a suggestion I arrived at 4:40 PM, as their check in time states 3:00 PM. Not only was my room not ready after driving seven hours to arrive, but the front desk was really rude about it not being ready. They acted as if I was being entitled for saying that my room should be ready. Well if you need me to be checked out by 11 AM sharp, it’s only decent and fair that you are also ready at the time that you say check-in is available. I would never say at this hotel again. ? NO House keeping location
We will not stay here again and will not recommend to our friends or family Had to move car by check out time. We were able to keep it there the last few times we stayed here but apparently the policy changed. Very inconvenient! First out of six hotels we’ve tried in the 7 years we’ve been going to Disneyland. Location great
Hoarding toilet paper? I expected to be notified that there wasn’t any housekeeping offered due to Covid during our stay! I had to call the front desk myself for this information. PLUS We ran out of toilet paper, I called the front desk three times to get someone to bring it. the wait was over 25 minutes after each call! the hotel staff was nice, I just wish they had better communication. it was very clean and quiet. The swimming pool was perfect!
