Won’t stay here again. First room given by the lead at check in was horrible. Ground floor, Loud, under the stairs, across from the elevator and ice machine. This room had no door seal, 2” gap at the bottom and visible light all around. Requested another room and were given the same room just on the second floor. Not happy. Very Poor no clean, no parking Room was not cleaned
Poor I was sent a email for discount on the parking, when I called the hotel regarding this the gentleman told me it could not be extended to me because I booked through a 3rd party. I requested to speak to his supervisor or the manager he said there was none available until the next day so I got her name, I was busy getting ready for the trip so never called figure I would handle once I got there. Horrible Customer Service The staff was unprofessional. There were rude and argumentative. My family was treated very poorly and unfairly. Pease beware booking a stay at this hotel. There was a horrible experience at check-in. This experience did not allow me to enjoy anything at the property. I was made to fee unwelcome.
Great location, poor quality. The room was filthy. While walking on the carpet without socks the bottoms of our feet became soiled heavily like we had been walking in the parking lot without shoes. The staff doesn’t clean the room or change the sheet during your stay either. They are using COVID as an excuse to prevent cleaning the room. The hotel also advertises the restaurant/bar at the hotel. When we were there, it was closed for private events 2 of the 3 days. The elevator was out of order our entire stay. They did compensate on our bill . The suites in the main building definit The disabled shower ran all over the entire bathroom floor, poor water containment. That they have a suite.
It was fine. Provided the least for as much as they could charge. Due to Covid, there was no housekeeping, though there was no reduction in price. Could have offered trash pick up or fresh towels, at the least. First car should be free, charge for additional vehicles. Kids in the hot tub, never got a chance to get in. Location was good. No breakfast available.
Falta de amabilidad. Me desagrado mucho que no se tomaran la molestia de poner más toallas limpias al día siguiente, ya que me hospedé por 2 noches con una familia de 5 personas, solo nos dejaron un jabón pequeño, un shampoo miniatura, una crema miniatura, 1 trillo de papel y medio y nada más para 5 personas me desagrado bastante que me dijeran que no tenían servicio de cuarto por la contingencia, más sin embargo al día siguiente mientras no nos encontrábamos en el cuarto entraron a sacar la basura,no había pretexto para dej... read more
