Disappointing Bathroom and room was super small. Air conditioner was in the very back of the room so it wasn’t very efficient. The room smelled musty and everything felt kind of wet. The bar from the roof of the hotel was annoying as you could hear the bass till it closed, walls were thin and you could hear what the the neighbors were watching on tv and when their alarm went off. Great location

I would have rather paid extra to stay at a nice hotel. The carpet was sticky and I could not walk around barefoot because of how dirty it made my feet. The toilet would not flush properly. The beds were uncomfortable, and everything was outdated. The pictures online made it seem like it would be a good place to stay. The location is a 5 minute walk to Disneyland, so NOT AT the park, but close enough. Not really a hotel, more like a better version of a motel. It is fine if this is all you can afford. Cockroach and bed bugs don’t belong in a hotel! Clean up! Cockroach in our room. Staff didn’t seem to really care and said they couldn’t change our room. Made a small adjustment to our bill when we checked out. $28 for a cockroach. When checking out another family reported bed bug bites on their child and were changing hotels. Won’t be staying here again. Gross! The proximity to Disneyland.
Decepción Nos hemos hospedado varias veces con ustedes y nunca nos habían dado una habitación tan pequeña,con mucho ruido de los huéspedes de la habitación de a lado y la de arriba también había cucarachas que salían de abajo de la cama.La alberca estaba muy sucia.Usualmente el parking estaba incluido y esta vez no.En cuanto al parking también muy difícil encontrar un espacio si regresas tarde. La ubicación está bien porque está muy cerca de Disneyland
Fair The hot tub and pool were kind of dirty and there was someone’s used soap left in the shower. It was so close to Disneyland, and the beds were super comfortable.

Pictures don’t do justice It’s not a horrible place but I would not go back here. The pictures need to be updated . I walked in and right away I knew I had to disinfected everything. I found hair underneath the toilet and in the bathtub. The carpet was NOT vacuumed as I could pick up hair and dirt with my socks. Tables were also not wiped as I wiped it with Clorox wipes and the clean white became brown. Very disappointed. And guest don’t have priority to the Fifth Floor ..
