It took entirely too long. Josh was a very nice person, but it seemed like everyone else was not very friendly. I walk by lots of employees and none talked . Also the lady doing the financial work which was very little I paid in full was not nice at all, and it took her forever to come get me. Even though I told Josh up front I was going to be in a hurry. That said I do want to say again Josh was great by the process was terrible
The team worked on finding me the best deal they could find overall they were very helpful and knowledgeable I will send my brother up there for his next truck
Jackie was professional, sincere, truthful, and an absolute pleasure to have as a representative to help me locate a vehicle. I do not look forward to shopping at dealerships due to the negativity surrounding purchasing a vehicle, but with Jackie it was an absolute PLEASURE.
