Eager to sell, but lacking in the customer satisfaction area and post sale resolution to fix noted vehicle problems and team/staff/service dept is lacking in customer courtesy. Waiting on part to fix washer fluid that should have been caught and cared for in vehicle inspection phase. Lack of followup and status on ordered part.

I was greeted by a sales person and directed where to find Parker. Once i found the truck i wanted, it was a very quick process. Parker was great at explaining everything the truck offered and also took the time to set up my Ford app and connect my phone to the radio. I highly recommend Parker for your next purchase. Braylon was the finance person that finalized my sale. He took the time to explain everything and got me out quick. All in all it was the quickest truck purchase ever for me.
