I went to Grand Prairie Ford on short notice and was able to get the vehicle I needed for my wife and get it done very quickly. Cruz was my sales rep and worked with him and the management group to get the transaction done flawlessly. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, but the guys handled the situation professionally and got me exactly what I wanted and needed. The dealership wasn’t too bad. Overall a decent experience. Only thing is when I got in my vehicle after making the purchase, it was not finely detailed and was not full of gas, when at other dealerships I’ve been to they had both of those things done before I left.

Josue Cruz was the greatest salesman I’ve ever had! He worked so hard to get me the best deal. He was patient and helpful. It was probably the smoothest and easiest decision I’ve ever made. Will for sure be telling all my people to go to GP Ford!
