The staff at Grapevine Ford Lincoln is amazing. I needed to trade my car in for something with less miles since I drive a lot and they literally took the stress off my shoulders. When the exact make and model I wanted came in, I was notified and the paperwork was the best experience. I usually dread having to deal with all the paperwork and sitting at a car dealership for hours, but the workers there are so knowledgeable and friendly. Felt I was just hanging out with a group of my friends.
