Alfonso’s service is amazing. He had called as a follow up on my vehicle (he was not my salesperson). I had told him about a minor issue and he got me fixed right up. He’s very personable and knows how to treat any customer with respect and thoughtfulness. My service guy Chris was great too. He was very thorough and made sure I would be happy. Great team!
I had a great experience. Came in Wednesday night and was politely greeted by the team. Gavin assisted me right away and was able to help me walk out in a new F-150 Tremor. Truck is awesome! Gavin was very friendly and thorough with his work. Being in sales myself it is nice to deal with great customer service. 10/10 recommend.

We were looking for a car for my 16-year-old son we're giving him a budget of $20,000. We called out to Grapevine Ford and we were transferred to Alphonso Morris.
