First off I want to give 5 stars plus to my advisor. Xmas delayed my reply. Brought my car in for recall. Was there over a month due to examination and work. Then when I went to pick it up, it was not fixed properly and I had to bring it back. Another about 3 weeks. It finally was fixed properly. Not happy with being without a car for almost 2 months and not having it fixed properly. Now it is fine and I am happy. As I said, my advisor was compassionate, professional and helpful.
Pick up and delivery. No stress
Service was conducted in a timely manner with good communications and explanations.
The service department opens early and my service advisor George made sure my Mustang was taken care of at a reasonable price.
Sorry this transmission seal failed since it was replaced in July, but those things happen.
