I had a great experience selling my car and buying a used one from the lot. My sales man was Matthew Adams and he went above and beyond. They whole process went smoothly and the he made sure I left in a safe vehicle for my family! All the employees I interacted with were awesome.
My truck broke down and I called Sang Nguyen. He put me in a brand new vehicle 2 days later, delivered to my driveway!
Tranh Nguyen was excellent at his finance job I would rate him a 5. I would also rate Blane a 5 as the salesman. I would give a 3 for the Make Ready team. Vehicle was not cleaned up on the inside. The outside was only some shine on the tires. Blane has notes on file for free tank of gas and another make ready detail for the truck. Also make ready did not delete phones from the Sync system.
