I always have satification when I take my Aviator to Grapevine Ford Lincoln for any service. My Service Advisor, Heath Thimons, is the best.
Did not have AT fluid to meet my service timing despite their app specifying the need for the AT flush a week before when the appointment was made. Lots of reasons for this, none good.
