I thought you guys were very inviting from beginning to end. Our sales rep (Ryan) was awesome, listened, and met my requirements. He was professional and made sure to only work on what we wanted and looking for. The finance rep was really professional and very easy to work with. Before I walked in I was greeted at the entrance! The kind gentleman directed me to the sales team where I met Rashard. Do yourself a favor and ask for Rashard! He was kind, clear and incredibly helpful during my experience. Michael Massey was the most knowledgeable and kind sales associate I have ever dealt with in a automobile transaction. From our first meeting, to the test drive, and the negotiations Michael was a true professional every step of the way. He really wanted to get us in the right vehicle and his expertise greatly aided in that process. If you are looking for a Lincoln this is the only place to go.
Andrew in Finance and Jared Jones who sold us our car were amazing!! They made it simple and easy and when we had to bring the car back for some repairs gave us a loaner car while my new car was in the shop. Jared texted multiple times to check and make sure everything was going well. We even decided to buy my husbands truck with them too!! Cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you Grapevine Ford!!

We recently bought an Expedition here and the salesmen Tuna and Francisco were awesome! Very helpful and worked hard to get everything done. The finance guy was great too but I can’t remember his name. Young guy, worked hard for us! Definitely recommend this dealership.
All in all, we had a great experience at Grapevine Ford. Richard, and Andrew were both very nice, and helpful. They were able to SIGNIFICANTLY lower our interest rate after our initial soft credit pull, which was a very pleasant surprise. My only gripe with the whole deal was the MSRP mark-up, or "Market Adjustment" as everyone kept referring to it as. Don't sugarcoat it. You are marking up vehicles. There are other dealership's in the immediate vicinity that are not doing that. I wish Grapevine Ford would as well.
