Maxsym is outstanding! I hate the whole car buying process but I actually had fun and a great experience because of Max. Great customer service from all aspects of purchase! We had some issues after delivery of our 2020 Ford Explorer that were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner and in a fairly timely manner as well. If we need to purchase again in the future we will be going to see them again.
