Do not purchase a vehicle from here! The customer service is extreme horrible! I have purchased two vehicles from them a couple of years ago and had no issues. I recently purchased a pre-owned Explorer from Grapevine Ford. I was assured during the three day "no hassle return window" that 3 separate items I needed to have addressed would be handled and I kept the car. Now, almost two months later, I've been informed that they will not stand by that commitment. Grapevineford.com won't allow new service reservations. Showed up on site and they could not get me a reservation for this year. I called another dealership and got a reservation for next week.
Buyer BEWARE: Sold us 2020 Lincoln Navigator L, Black Label: Listed as “Mint” Condition. It arrived (TX to AL, it was shipped after multiple conversation about it's "MINT" condition): - A/C is blowing hot, - Brakes are so bad that after 3-4 shorts trips of driving around town the freshly cleaned rims are black from the dust. I'm very disappointed in the services at Grapevine Ford. The lack of integrity at that dealership and the dishonesty. I have never done business at a dealership of this caliber that mislead customers and dont stand on their word. In less than 2 months of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I have to file on my insurance pre-existing damage. Well we recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln navigat or black label was supposed to be in mint condition it was shipped to us not in mint condition in fact it had stains all inside scratches all over the outside the running boards don't work as they should it came with 300 more miles than what was sold to us we paid $600 for an extra key that we did not receive nor did we get the headphones or the remotes for the DVD players we've been in contact with them several times with no Avail they don't want to send us what we paid for ... read more
When I arrived to have my vehicle serviced, they told me, even though I had an appointment, that they wouldn’t even look at it for 4 days (plus the weekend so it was really 6 days). Then they would order whatever parts were needed and it would probably take at least a couple of weeks for them to get back to it. They told me I absolutely could not keep my vehicle and come back on the day they were able to look at it, nor could I have it back while they waited for parts. I wish that Grapevine Ford, would uphold on their end of the deal. Why would you sell lowjack and make promises, about if and when it’s stolen, blah, blah, happens. #1 We bought lowjack. It honestly didn’t even work properly either…..When our car was stolen, it didn’t notify us until 36 mins later.
