I made an appointment to bring my car in for some minor service. Mainly a turn signal that doesn’t work. I replaced the bulb they didn’t fix it. Likely something electrical. My appt was 3 weeks out so I being in at scheduled date/time. They tell me “oh this is just to drop it off and put in the queue. It won’t be ready for days”. What is the point of scheduling an appt? 5 stars for Garry in finance was great he knew I was frustrated and was extremely helpful during his part of the process. 5 stars for Rashard Sullivan- he got thrown into a situation and tried to do all he could for me. 1 star For Zachary Ziba new car sales manager(my bronco order was incorrect because someone at ford changed it. The Service Department at Grapevine Ford is subpar. I have been calling since April 2022 and still not appointment and no return calls.
Have a reservation for a ford lightning. saw that Grapevine ford had 2 demos. called to come check it out and test drive. was told can't test drive and they are only for display. apparently grapevine ford doesn't understand what demo means. I will be contacting Ford motor company and filing a complaint. don't buy from this stealership.
Zach Ziba, a Sales Manager held my deal to buy a Ford Maverick hostage when he told me he would not allow me to purchase the Maverick without paying $2,750 in dealer adds that included $499 tint (which had not actually been applied to the vehicle), a $499 LoJack system (which had not actually been applied to the vehicle) and a $1750 extended warranty type of protection for the vehicle. Terrible experience at this dealer. I spoke with a gentleman named Michael Watters who was extremely helpful. I test drove a King Ranch that had some mechanical issues and a fender that was dinged up pretty bad. I had no huge issues with that because they were going to fix it. So Michael brings over a guy from Finance by the Name Joe Gobea. He was one of the most rude salesmen I’ve come across. UPDATE: It is October and we are back and they are true to form!!! Terrible. Horrible. Awful. Our Ford Raptor is back being “fixed” for the third time in less than a year. Two weeks ago it broke down on 820. It had to be towed in. We bought the extended warranty, and Ford seems to put warranty customers at the back of the line. Two weeks ago and they’ve yet to run diagnostics!!! I’m assuming they hope we have it towed elsewhere. Again, two weeks and they’ve not even begun to run diagnostics!!! If I could give zero stars I would stay away from this dealership. First off I specifically ask them do not shotgun my credit out to a bunch of lenders. I have text message proof. Was told they would only send it to two lenders. I've gotten at least 10 letters from different banks and another one or two come everyday. Second, the markup on their trucks are insane.
