Sajmira was the Best! She communicated every step of the way. I also want to recognize the tech, Jose Luis Gonzalez for working late to complete this job! He did this without knowing I really needed my car! I appreciate the high level of service given.

I can't believe I bought a car that if the low beam headlight burns out you have to replace the entire headlight assembly for almost 2,000 dollars. I also got charged 215 dollars to reprogram my third row seats so they would lay flat or extend. When I got home it was not working. Not a happy person with my car, the manufacturer or dealership right now
