Service Dept kept my truck for a week and wouldn't return my calls to find out anything about my truck. Asked to speak to Srv Mgr and then advisor decided to talk to me. Picked up truck and took to Five Star, much better service and they already have my truck fixed in 2 days !
Just went to pickup my 2021 Ford Bronco from service center. There to get recall resolved, oil change and state inspection. When I dropped off car, they confirmed insurance for inspection. Car didn’t get finished till after hours and I was rushed out. On way out after doors closed and locked to service center I discovered the state inspection was NOT performed. I wanted to put a deposit on an in-transit 2025 Mach E and iron out the price. They would not do numbers until it arrived and wanted my $ to hold it. I said that first I need to know that I can’t move forwardingess i can reject their LoJack device. After all the car is not there yet. Had a great experience on the Lincoln side of the house but horrible experience trying to help my sis buy a Ford. They use bait pricing on their vehicles and then use every excuse not to sell it to you at the advertised price.
We almost got scammed by sales manager and salesman. Blane castorena and Jonathan waters. Had contact between both for an out the door price for a specific vehicle. Made sure twice in text that we had the price set for a specific vehicle. Also called in the morning and talked to Jonathan waters to make sure all was good before we started our 5 hour drive there. Horrible customer service, we bought a used vehicle from them brought it back to them to have the vehicle go through the certification process and it took 4 days and still isn't complete. salesmen became hostile, horrible customer service and Integrity is lacking, they shouldn't be trusted.
Place sucks. Don’t recommend. Traded in a truck , all because a sales guy wanted me to. I got the short end of the stick let’s just say that.
Went to buy a king ranch F150 at Grapevine Ford trading in a Mercedes. Experience at the Mercedes dealership has always been A+ over at Avodale (formally Park Place) but now need a truck as my needs have changed.
