We are disappointed with the lack of service and communication. We purchased a Ford Escape vehicle the beginning of October. To date, we still have not received the 2nd set of keys and the car charger (hybrid, plug-in). Also, we reported right away the back up camera out of alignment and tire balance issue (when we came in it was late in the afternoon and service department was not on site) and was told service department will address it at the same time we come in to pick up the keys once the charger arrives. I'm a 60 year old, single, disabled woman. I took my 2019 Escape to them for all of my service. Earlier this year they did routine maintenance, but also got into my intake manifold (?) and left 9 bolts out of it. After months with the engine light on, and Grapevine Ford Service was too busy to see my vehicle, I took it somewhere else and found out about the bolts. I do to buy but not for anything else they had our vehicle Longer than we have and still have not fixed the issue. Crawford is the most difficult person to deal with he’s not upfront about anything he will dodge you at all cost. He sent our vehicle to a shop in Haslet when we asked why he said his shop could not handle it. I got my vehicle back and still nothing was done to it not even washed after all the dirt from the other shop.

Had an appt this morning to see a car. We are cash buyers, drove an hour WITH AN APPOINTMENT and they sold it and didn’t call us. Horribly unprofessional and will never buy from them

I just purchased a new F-150 King Ranch from the Fleet Manager Curtis Harvey. First thing was my trade in was an 2018 with 52K miles. Fully loaded 4X4 XLT worst trade offer ever! I had an 820 credit score. The guy who I worked with was supposed to call me 3 months ago. Never received the call Bank of America approved me for 6.5% they brought me paperwork for 8.5%. The service department charges twice the price for half baked service! The parts department is incompetent and delivers remarkably poor customer service! Don’t waste your time or money!

Do not ever buy a vehicle from this dealership! Purchased a CPO Ford Edge over a month ago, and it has been in service now for almost 3 weeks. That would be just fine if the dealership would be forthcoming with information. I have been lied to multiple times about what is wrong with the vehicle, telling me parts are in when they really aren't, and I still don't have a clear diagnosis of the problem. The sales staff is horrible, the receptionist is rude, and I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

Beware of Service Promises I purchased a car from Grapevine Ford and was given an IOU for a post-sale service. I was told I'd be contacted the next business day to schedule a service – that call never came, and my sales agent vanished. It took over 10 days to even get my car in for service, and since then, communication has been non-existent.
