Horrible service! I went into the service dept just for an oil change and no one came to help me. I got out my car, walked in and there were 3 guys at the desk doing nothing. Nobody acknowledged my presence not to even say hi. So I walked outside to see if I could get help. Well I found a guy who was moving a car and asked him. I am encouraged to see other better reviews and hope my experience was just a benign or off week for Grapevine Ford. I wanted to trade in a very nice sports car to purchase an F-250 Platinum. I emailed Sunday night (via their website) and got a call on Monday and the sales rep was very nice. After giving her my VIN, pictures, mileage and other info like she asked, I was told she could get a rough estimate on the trade in. When you get your car don't expect any good service and if you do your spending more $$$$. I have been up here 2 time for a thing that could have been taken care of the first time.
The sales team was fantastic.....service is another story. Almost a year after purchasing a new car, still having problems! As an update: Again my car is still not right...despite another week and a half of my car being "fixed". So sad.
Changing my review to 3 stars because of my second service experience. The sales experience was quick and easy, the first time I brought it in for a service issue it was an absolute nightmare. The second time I brought it in everything went smooth and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. My last experience with them is what is bringing this review from a 1 star to 3 stars.
My husband and I signed for a car Saturday late afternoon. Drove home and parked it. Sunday my adult son noticed what appeared to be small hail dents. Made an appointment two weeks out 1. A recall. 2. Fix my brakes. 3. Oil change I arrived on time only to be told I would have to leave my car if I wanted the brakes fixed. They would not even look at them for another week maybe two weeks Sooo I'm to leave my car for two weeks and oh course they would not pay for the rental. This is about the service department. It is kind of hit and miss with their service. They claim to have a quick change oil service, in the three years I have owned my car (bought at dealership) it has never been quick. Today, on a Tuesday I pulled up to the quick change line and yes they are busy. So I was fine waiting a little while. I sat in my car waiting for a representative to come out and greet me.
