Service team was ready to go on arrival, truck taken in, SA reviewed what had been done and what was coming up. Truck was serviced in a timely manner and got me on my way! All Good.

Scheduling was the hardest part since I required a loaner car
Always excellent service, greeted by service advisor upon arrival and our oil change was taken care of quickly
The service was over all good. I did feel like I was being upsold over and over again. After three conversations, an old change and tire rotation turned into services exceeding $ 2,000. I declined them all. I may look into taking my truck to Five Star Ford instead.
