If you are in the market for a new vehicle and are interested in a Ford, DO NOT go to this dealership and do not purchase from Anthony G. They have very poor customer service, a lack of respect for the customer and horrible professionalism. They may or may not let you look at a car!

Beware of hidden charges: Took my Mustang in for oil change and tire rotation (service covered by extended warranty) and was informed after the work was performed that I was charged because I brought it in 200 miles early. Not upset about the warranty plan's limitations on intervals, but that GF service tech couldn't check to see if it would be covered. Mark Ramos said the service agreement doesn't show when my file pulls up. Told him that's a bit of an oversight. Why would that information not be in my file?! Would have bee... read more

Walked in last August to pre order the new 2017 ford Raptor. Spent an hour adding options to have the young kid say "Oh yeah we're adding a 10K market adjustment" on top of sticker. Total waste of my time, they acted like I was at Lamborghini of Beverly Hills. They had no intention of building a lasting fruitful relationship with me. I went to Bill Utter Ford in Denton and got a new Raptor for MSRP. Considering I'm a previous Raptor owner and traded one in, I was shown some loyalty and they have a customer for life. In the begging I had left a 5 star review but after my car had paint defects from the factory. While grapevine ford will only offer to let some second hand paint facility paint my brand new car. I feel as if since I have already bought the car I am no longer a concern. I will not be doing business with you guys after my paint situation in resolved.

I just want to preface this with the fact that I hardly ever leave reviews because I feel like nothing really gets resolved from them, but this was so disappointing that I feel like I need to say something. I bought my 2016 F150 from Grapevine Ford in February of 2016. I brought my truck to their service department yesterday morning due to a leak somewhere causing standing water to collect under the kick panel and on the floor of the driver side. Bad experience, had my truck in the shop for a week and 5-6 days estimated, waiting for it to be fixed up expecting a warranty coverage that should of worked, had to pay out of pocket almost a thousand dollars, I would call the BBB and try to give them a survey that is honest and open, which they need the opinion of a fact there service department is a scam. They give you optional charges you unnecessarily need and add it to you bill before it gets fixed. You should have warranties that cover engine coolant hoses. Why pay a ... read more

We have bought several cars here in the past. Recently, we have been in a couple of times looking at different cars. I just haven't liked how things have gone. The whole feeling has been very off. Being left in a salesmans cubicle for a while as he just wanders around in the managers office doesn't leave a good feeling for me. You could see him just hanging out in there. We ended up leaving.

No service after the sale. Service department will not return calls. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Go to David McDavid to get real service and care.
