I've been routinely unimpressed by their service department and have started taking my business elsewhere. Since then, I haven't been pressured into service I don't need, and since then I haven't had to sit around waiting for service advisors to get their act together.

I took a 45 minute drive to the Grapevine Ford dealership to speak with salesperson Devin Arndt we had two emails two calls only to find that car was sold so he could try to sell me another car

**BUYER BEWARE** In 2018 we purchased our used Lincoln Navigator from Ford. From the very get go (after the contract was signed), service went downhill. The promises and expectations from that point were not met, so much so that they gave us 2 free oil changes and multiple apologies. Woohoo, maybe $100 in value. They charged me a lot for an extra key, now they won't send it even though I live hours away. They told me to go to another dealer to get key made and they would mail the money. I did that. Here we are 6 months later and still haven't gotten my money, looks like I am going to small claims. Have had 3 managers tell me it will be fixed today still nothing. Will never buy anything from here again. Once they have your money they won't even take the time of day to talk to you.

After being a Ford user for over 30 years this place should be called grape juice Ford due to lack of customer service. Didn't even use my email or address given probably due to honest bad review.....That's integrity

The sleezy car salesman, Blake, set an appointment with me to test drive an F150. I showed up 45 minutes after booking the appointment and he told me that the car was sold when I arrive. Then he played the classic car salesman trick and asked if he could get my driver's license to make a copy so that I could test drive a vehicle. He then disappeared with my driver's license for nearly 45 minutes while he was working with another buyer on the other side of the dealership. Buying experience was horrible, multiple things wrong with my used car and made to wait for fixes, financing messed up and still trying to unravel the knot, customer service NEVER responds. Have been waiting for 2 months to hear back from Finance department.

Poor service all around, they harass You to get extra warranty it's not great. Didn't even kick in extra key but charged me for a app i won't ever need . GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
