They offered us a truck that was not in stock, so they found one from another dealership. The price was firm, so we agreed to the terms. We signed the paperwork and was given a loaner. Blain the sales manager said that it will be 48 hours. The truck never arrived to the dealership and no one called us to let us know that the purchase was canceled. Blane at Grapevine Ford treated me horribly! They sold the car I wanted n never told me till I drove 330 miles! Liars!👎🏻👎🏻 Disappointed greatly! All I ask is honesty, is that too much!??
Disappointed that car wasn’t ready at set appointment time. Then told by manager that car can be delivered and then told never mind that it can’t. Then threaten me that car is being looked at by someone else and might be sold under our feet.
Dru Kaba changed my PRE-APPROVED fin vendor. Lied that KAHU was not cancelable. Said fin was his choice. Dru has no respect for the customer. Or maybe he just has no respect for women or the older or black customers. I would rate him a minus 5 stars. And a major xxxxxx bag.
Buyers beware. You will be forced to buy Kahu if buy a vehicle from them! Kahu is GPS system installed into the cars they sell
I would highly encourage anyone thinking about using Grapevine Ford to go to another dealership. They sold me a vehicle that they were to have received from another dealer. The salesman was Paul Sanchez. This sale occurred on August 22, 2020. I was told they had 72 business hours to deliver the vehicle. 72 business hours came and went. Initially, when we took our 2013 Ford Escape (+/-80,000 miles) to the dealership it was having an issue with starting. You'd put the key in the ignition, turn it...and nothing would happen.
