This dealership ruined my dream car purchase! They damaged my new car and tried to hide it All they needed to do is paint and install a wing and powder coat the wheels. They damaged my trunk lid, window trim and dropped my car off a floor jack damaging my undercarriage. However, they did the right thing and traded me out of it. But then they kept the gap insurance in the amount of $1,200.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this shady dealership. Spoke to Blane this morning, I got preapproved and agreed on a vehicle with Blane. He knew I was in Tulsa and rushed to confirm a time to get me to Grapevine soon, he pressured me to be there ASAP and assured me if I got there at 3PM today from Tulsa I would be able to purchase the vehicle we spoke about. I do not recommend at all! Very shady throughout the entire sales process all the way up to paperwork! I did not end up buying the vehicle. Started out dealing with someone from my internet inquiry and after about a week into searching a new person by the name of Paul Sanchez got into the picture. We had a few issues on pricing and someone who I was lead to believe was a manager (Andrew Boaz) stepped in to help ease my concerns. Initially I was happy with the car I purchased on March 5th at Grapevine Ford; however, over the two weeks following my purchase I got ever more irritated about it. I am now completely dissatisfied with Grapevine Ford and, in some degree, with the car I purchased. First, the car did not come with floor mats, a secondary key fob or an Owner’s Manual. I have never had a worse experience at a dealership. My wife and I first came to the dealership on Monday, March 15th to look at stock number LEA55499. We had an appointment set up with James Wacker but when we arrived James was gone so we met with Jake Heddins instead. If I could rate zero I would. Management rushed my sales associate to close the deal instead of allow him to find the right vehicle for me and finance increased my apr spread by half a point when I refused the extended warranty and other addons. Beware this place will add on additional items to up charge you as much as $1600. Go elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. They failed to return a rental truck after reassuring me it would be handled. It sat in their parking lot for two weeks and cost me $1800.00. It's been five months and still unresolved. Sold me a CPO 2019 Lincoln Navigator for $85,000 when it was all said and done with a cracked windshield and bad tires and bad Instrument panel which obviously did not go through the 200 point inspection.
