Adding $10k to the price of a new truck just cuz they can. I fully understand supply and demand but this just seems predatory to me. Then the “new” truck they wanted to sell me had close to 6,000 miles on it. To top it all off, the salesman I had an appointment with was not there when I arrived. Way to lose a customer for life!

Tried to buy a few different trucks from them with Cameron, but everything you see online turns out to be a lie. The trucks are “misprinted” or “mispriced“. You don’t have several errors on several trucks listed unless you’re being deceitful. They also mark up thousands over original sticker, when there are several dealers in the area who don’t sell above msrp. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

This dealership is charging above msrp and the attitude of the management on down I very poor. I would give it a minus infinity if I could. I wish the us department of justice would look into price gauging based on the behavior of this dealship covert ford and multiple other ones. The manager came to me I December and gave me his number and card and made false impression that they care. The arrogance of a company that needed a government bailout is beyond reason. Terrible. I dropped off my car in October and they still don’t have the part. Never offered to help me get a rental. When I asked for compensation for the inconvenience by having them price match another service my car needs they told me no and offered 50$ off but the cost is still double what I could get it done elsewhere. At least Jody has been nice, but nice doesn’t fix my car.

Very poor service. Service Managers make a point to not make eye contact when you enter the drive. Customers must search out managers to be serviced. Service has been horrible since they changed locations. The only reason they are so successful is their location. Do not purchase a truck or service you vehicle here.

Internet Sales proved untrustworthy! Typical game playing by Gavin Ard despite my immediately stating that I was definitely going to buy an F150 Limited '22 model and that I was definitely going to shop around so let's not play any games and give me your best offer. He agreed. At the end of the whole process of customizing my truck preferences which then produced the MSRP of roughly $82,000 he then told me that I would have to pay an extra $10,000 on top of that for it. Picked a vehicle and was ready to purchase and salesman said they need my info. I told him I had financing through USAA already and he said they don’t take USAA. They only use their 50 dealers. That is a slap in the face of every veteran and their families. It’s funny because Toyota next door who is owned by the same company had no problem taking USAA financing. The managers should be fired.

The sales guy was great.. but finance was suspect.. they moved money from warranty to purchase lojack, which they were specifically told we did not want, then had the nerve to call it free.. it was fraud… I can’t stand dishonesty, and this dealership was good until they decided to be dishonest… also wanted $586 for a second key to car that should have been there anyway, for which they said they would have one cut immediately since they had to charge for LoJack that again we didn’t want, and second key was used, which means w... read more
