Zaktek Application I leased my car from Grapevine Ford in 2017. I have had great service from them. This appointment was for Zaktec application. They changed my oil and rotated my tires, also. Very pleased customer!!

Jeremy Had a great experience. Advisor was very professional and respectful. Definitely my dealership I will always take my cars to. Great job!! And my car was a little dirty and it was washed for me. Nice touch at the end of my visit.

Decent trip I went in to Lincoln on a Saturday morning to get a nail removed from my tire and have it fixed. Once I got to the service center, I found there was only one service associate for the entire bay. I waited for a bit until he was done with his current customer. After not seeing anyone, I walked back out to my car to see him surveying my tire and writing notes. When I approached him and started talking, he seemed very impersonal. New car buy. When i came into buy a new ranger they had a Lifted one i was thinking i would like to have. But after driving it home i was unhappy with the truck being lifted making it more of a truck then i needed. Grapevine Ford has a awesome love it or leave it. I was able to come in the following day with the truck under there 72 hr and 300 or less miles love it or leave it and bring the truck back. I was even much happier when they was able to find a replacement one like i wanted with no lift kit installed.
