Always great It’s first class service every time. I could probably find the same service for less elsewhere but I wouldn’t leave with the same feeling of appreciation that I do with Grapevine Lincoln. Everyone is always helpful and considerate of me as a customer.

This is what service should be! Peter was extremely helpful! I needed a new fob and my keypad reprogrammed. I was pleased with how quickly it was done. Overall, It was a very convenient experience - which is how service should be!

Fantastic service Brought my car in for a recall and everything was surprisingly quick and easy. I called to set the appointment and they got me in first thing the next morning. I expected it to take a full day, but everything was done in under an hour and a half. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional as well. Very happy with my experience!

Mold in my truck carpet needs to be replaced I need the biggest top dog at grapevine Ford to call me 8172961607. Took my truck in for service and got home and opened up the passenger back door and carpet has white mold growing all through out the truck it needs to be fixed. I've paid for over 200k worth of vehicles and will be buying more fix my truck
