Outstanding Customer Service Have been looking for the right time and deal to come along. Dawn was friendly but determined to find the “right” Superduty truck. Great experience Made an appt to see a truck. When we got there it was already pulled around front and our salesman Carver met us. Carver took us for a test drive and was knowledgeable going over systems. The entire process was professional and an easy transaction.

Great Experience I went to Grapevine Ford, Lincoln initially to test drive a Corsair and Nautilus and ended up leasing the Nautilus. Michael Massey was a very good sales person with lots of patience while I made up my mind. Joe in finance was great also.
