Excellent After dealing with another dealership I headed to Grapevine where I was treated like a member of the family. I will be purchasing all future Ford from these guys. Blain and Charles were extremely helpful and straight shooters.

First Oil Change Just had my first oil change and serivce visit for my F-150 and it was great. Tyler handled all of my affairs and did an amazing job. Communication from the service department was immaculate. Great experience and Tyler did a great job.

Ford Raptor 2019 Great service, very friendly staff. Pete was my service consultant. He was very knowledgeable about my raptor and recommended what services I would need at each time. Super nice guy! Would recommend to anyone.

Definitely new and improved service center A great service experience. My service advisor Jason was professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. I took my 2011 Mustang in for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment on line because I also decided I wanted to have the fuel injection service and the driver’s seat heat didn’t work.
