Decent trip I went in to Lincoln on a Saturday morning to get a nail removed from my tire and have it fixed. Once I got to the service center, I found there was only one service associate for the entire bay. I waited for a bit until he was done with his current customer. After not seeing anyone, I walked back out to my car to see him surveying my tire and writing notes. When I approached him and started talking, he seemed very impersonal. Satisfied customer!! Ana is new to me, but she really did an excellent job. I admit I am not the easiest to please but she did a great job! Give the girl a raise!!!

New car buy. When i came into buy a new ranger they had a Lifted one i was thinking i would like to have. But after driving it home i was unhappy with the truck being lifted making it more of a truck then i needed. Grapevine Ford has a awesome love it or leave it. I was able to come in the following day with the truck under there 72 hr and 300 or less miles love it or leave it and bring the truck back. I was even much happier when they was able to find a replacement one like i wanted with no lift kit installed.

Incredible service I had a very unfortunate (and expensive) repair, but the service manager was extremely helpful and empathetic with my situation. he did everything he could to discount the repair and it helped soften the blow. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism @ grapevine ford’s service department. i will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Recalls Took my car in for a couple of recalls. Aaron was the service gentleman helping me. It was completely easy and smooth and was done within a day. They put me in a very nice rental car which made it all the easier. Aaron kept me updated through the day.

Warranty issue with my truck Fixed immediately. Jody did a great job for me. I had no appointment but she remembered me and sought me out when I came in. I didn’t expect my truck back for days, but she and the team got it back within 12 hours

Ford F-150 Scheduled Oil Change Service Pete Roshell was excellent on customer service! Very attentive and super nice to talk to and made the whole process super easy and even went above and beyond to Give me status updates on my scheduled oil change!
