Trade in/ buying experience There a was a small hiccup between what I was told by our original sales manager over the phone and then the sales consultant we worked with when we got there. However, our sales consultant was very patient and worked very hard to get us a good deal. The finance guy was equally patient and explained all my questions. The 4 star overall is only due to the issue I had with the manager I talked to at first. Everything else was great!

Great buying experience Very friendly staff and no high pressure sales. We were greeted at the front door and all of our options were clearly explained. Purchased a Ford Ranger and they had it cleaned and detailed in less than an hour. Also a full tank of gas!

Great Experiance Great buying experience at Grapevine Ford. Sales rep Tonyo went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. He had all the answers about the car and gave a detailed walk through. He also brought additional cars up for me to see. Great staff and great buying experience.

Rear differential leak The repair was completed and the work was satisfactory. I was somewhat disappointed that they didn’t rotate the tires like they said they would but I talked to the service manager in charge of my repair and he has made it right. Highly recommend them.

Service Wasnt greeted upon arrival. Had to find service writer. Went well after that. This has happened before. They need better staffing coverage. Customer for 15 years.
