First time customer Had a great first visit at this location with Eddie and Laura. Had my battery replaced, undercarriage plastic replaced (undershield) key fob replaced, oil changed, car engine and car detailed. Bill was 1,13810. Left without my new key fob :( Eddie will Mail to me. Everything looks really good except the car engine cleaning. I emailed Eddie a picture. The back of the engine looks good, front not touched. Looks like whom ever was doing the job was called away, job was not finished. No one has called me yet.... read more

Aaron McBride is the absolute best ever I took my focus which has plenty recalls and I had taken it before and this time Aaron really took care of it, he and his team fixed my car like they had never ever before and I just love the way it’s driven now. Douglas Very friendly staff, good pricing. Andrew was awesome. We bought a loaner and Grapevine Ford beat Five Star Ford on loaner pricing. Finance department was helpful too.

Tyler was so accommodating and friendly! I went in for an oil change. I waited the exact quoted time, mind you it was a Saturday afternoon. Tyler was extremely friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend servicing your car at Grapevine Ford!

Excellent Time I had the pleasure of working with Xavier. After coming from another Ford where I was treated poorly and unfairly I came here.
