Outstanding customer service!!! Christian and Grapevine Ford Lincoln really stepped up to show me the Lincoln Experience. Another metroplex dealer who I had been extremely loyal to dropped the ball. I dropped in and was out the door with a loaner vehicle and then my car repaired and washed within 24 hours. That is how you take care of a customer.
