Used car dealer practices are alive and well. Great help from Kevin Marsh. I didn't like the impossible to remove dealer add, Kahu. The price advertised did not reflect the cost of Kahu. It felt very deceptive to see a price online and they come back with a higher price when I get there. We came to a consensus and I purchased the car. We could have avoided conflict if they were upfront.
Great salesman! Jason Mcbee was great to work with! He was very helpful and great in communicating with us! He worked very hard and was dedicated! Highly recommend him!

Great expierence!!!! I went in looking to buy a specific mustang. Andrew greeted me and was instantly friendly and helpful. He meshed really well with me and my family which ultimately made my wife feel better. We also had the pleasure of working with Zach in finance who was also very friendly and extremely helpful. Brought my car in for recall service on my Ford I actually enjoyed my experience bring my car to Grapevine Ford ! It was to have 2 items on the recall list taken care of ! It was done in a timely manner 8:30-4:45 ! The facilities are very nice ! I was impressed with the great selections of food available ! The service manager who helped me was excellent I think her name was Jody or Joey! 👏🏼

Pete my service advisor Pete was my service advisor and was very friendly and knowledgeable about my 150. He explained what was done to my truck and advised me of additional service needs with no pressure to have more done
