Battery replace and recall fix The service and attention to detail was excellent provided by Jason. I would highly recommend Grapevine Ford to friends. They even provided a Rental too.

I took it in for a oil change I had an appointment and when I got there they got me right in and was very courteous and helpful. When they were finished with my car he came in and explained everything they had done

General Maintenance Although a scheduling the appointment was a bit confusing I received excellent caring friendly service. Pete was great and I was very please with his service and attention. Plan on returning do the next service

Ms. Cheryl Great experience with my repair representative for a dead battery. Provided ride home and back which was greatly appreciated instead of waiting st the dealership. Repair was completed as promised.
