Shopping for mid size truck Happy with the professional service and experience I received at Grapevine Ford. The took the time to explain the vechile, the financing options and worked with me. To my surprise all done within a couple hours I was driving home with a new truck. Did not expect it to go so smoothly.

Bob is the best Every other dealer in the metroplex told me it would be three weeks. Grapevine got me in next day. Bob was amazing! Thought it was going to be a week long transmission repair. Turned out to be a software update. Brilliant. They bought me a Lyft to and from my house!

Exceptional Service I purchased my 2015 Explorer from a different DFW dealership and had maintenance there too. The service at the original dealer became so poor I chose to try Grapevine Ford. I wish I had done this sooner. The level of service was more than I could have hoped for and I will be a repeat customer. Bryan D. in service was so helpful and professional.

Great Service Even when moving to Oklahoma I still bought in my car for service here. I have done business with them since 2002. Thats 17 years with the same level of service. Who can say that? Not many. Ford Strong!
