Brought my car in for recall service on my Ford I actually enjoyed my experience bring my car to Grapevine Ford ! It was to have 2 items on the recall list taken care of ! It was done in a timely manner 8:30-4:45 ! The facilities are very nice ! I was impressed with the great selections of food available ! The service manager who helped me was excellent I think her name was Jody or Joey! 👏🏼

Pete my service advisor Pete was my service advisor and was very friendly and knowledgeable about my 150. He explained what was done to my truck and advised me of additional service needs with no pressure to have more done

New battery and the works Pete did a great job keeping me informed and getting my truck in and out. He also went the extra mile and got the info needed for the battery warranty from the dealer I purchased it from, which was in a different city. Thanks Pete!

First time customer Had a great first visit at this location with Eddie and Laura. Had my battery replaced, undercarriage plastic replaced (undershield) key fob replaced, oil changed, car engine and car detailed. Bill was 1,13810. Left without my new key fob :( Eddie will Mail to me. Everything looks really good except the car engine cleaning. I emailed Eddie a picture. The back of the engine looks good, front not touched. Looks like whom ever was doing the job was called away, job was not finished. No one has called me yet.... read more
