Bob is the best Every other dealer in the metroplex told me it would be three weeks. Grapevine got me in next day. Bob was amazing! Thought it was going to be a week long transmission repair. Turned out to be a software update. Brilliant. They bought me a Lyft to and from my house!

Shopping for mid size truck Happy with the professional service and experience I received at Grapevine Ford. The took the time to explain the vechile, the financing options and worked with me. To my surprise all done within a couple hours I was driving home with a new truck. Did not expect it to go so smoothly.

Exceptional Service I purchased my 2015 Explorer from a different DFW dealership and had maintenance there too. The service at the original dealer became so poor I chose to try Grapevine Ford.
